What is a token?
Tokens are the credit you spend on the service. Writing is charged by the real word count of each published article; images, research, tables, charts and internal links have their own small prices. The full list is in the pricing section.
What if an article fails?
You are not charged for it. You can retry the failed topics of a campaign with one click.
Which sites does it work with?
Any WordPress site that has the REST API and Application Passwords enabled — both are part of WordPress itself. You can connect several sites.
Can I stop a campaign?
Yes. Pause, resume or cancel at any time. Topics that were not written are never charged.
What happens when my tokens run out?
The campaign pauses and you get an email. It continues by itself as soon as you top up.
